Shipping Policy

Incorrect Shipping

BIG Chief Studios will not be responsible for any shipping / customers fees incurred from orders shipped incorrectly due to outdated / incorrect shipping address.

You are able to maintain up to date billing and shipping information in your account
Canceling unwanted orders or pre-order items before we ship

If your order is incorrectly shipped due to delayed / incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping and customs fees.

If your order is in the process of being charged and/or shipped, your online account may block you from making updates, and will you tell you to call us on 0345 805 5777

Free on ALL new orders when you spend £50 or more from 1st July 2018*

Excludes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Shetlands, and Orkney Islands

International Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

BIG Chief Studios partner with carrier which will deliver your collectible safely and efficiently while keeping shipping costs as favorable to the collector as possible. Currently we use FedEx and Royal Mail are our preferred carrier for international shipments.

If an international collector has a strong preference of carrier, then please contact [email protected] to let us know.

How are the International Shipping Charges calculated?

International shipping charges are calculated by dimensional weight and country of destination.

You will be provided with a ship quote for in-stock orders during the checkout process. Pre-order items will not have a ship quote available until seven days prior to its arrival into our warehouse

International Destinations

Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are not included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier.

It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. BIG Chief uses the harmonized code that we have been told is appropriate for our products into your region. Your customs office has the power to change this code on their own. If you feel that your final code / tax is not correct, then you can contact the carrier and/or your customs office directly to request a review.

If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge BIG Chief Studios to return the package.

If BIG Chief Studios is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal a refund will not be issued.
