How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method options and prices. All orders are shipped either via Fedex, DHL, Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

How often are orders processed for shipping?

Generally we process orders for shipping two or three times a week and more frequently at times when new stock has arrived. Orders can take up to five days to be processed, but in most cases will be processed in three days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We offer overnight shipping within the UK and to most destinations in North America and Canada.

Shipping time to European detsinations is usually two days, but can take up to four days for more remote locations.

Shipping time to Australia and the rest of the world is usually five days, but can take up to seven days for more remote locations.

Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed prior to shipping.

How can I track my order?

Sign-in to your account to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information from either Fedex, DHL or Parcelforce within 24-48 hours of shipment.

I am an international customer, do I have to pay import/customs fees?

If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the United Kingdom you are responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes and other fees levied by your local authorities and their agents/ brokers. BIG Chief Studios accepts no responsibility for any outstanding duties, taxes and/or other fees in the event of your failure to pay them.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide to most destinations. Please ensure that you select your correct destination country when creating your account and inputting your shipping address. Please contact us for assistance in determining how to obtain the item you're interested in. All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We can ship to PO Boxes, but our carriers will also require a valid street address associated with the PO Box for delivery.

Is combined shipping available for multiple items on pre-order?

All pre-order items are processed as separate orders for individual products and usually occur on different dates. As such combined shipping is not an option for multiple items on pre-order. On some occasions we may receive stock from our vendors at the same time and multiple items might be shipped on the same day to customers. However, we are unable to combine shipping for these items.
