Pre-order Deposits

Certain products available for pre-order require customers to pay a pre-order deposit to secure an order. You will be required to agree to our terms and conditions to place a pre-order deposit. By placing a pre-order deposit you are committing to fulfil the purchase of that specific product. If you wish to cancel your pre-order you may do so, but please note that cancellation fees may apply.

Outstanding Balance Payemnts

All pre-orders must be fulfilled and any outstanding balance due paid in full within 30 days of the item being received in our warehouse. We are unable to retain products in our warehouse for customers past the 30 day period. Failure to fulfil your order will result in the cancellation of your pre-ordered item. Please note that cancellation fees will apply.
